I realize I have been slipping, or as my friend says I've been sleep. That's okay because today I woke up.
I haven't been as mindful as I used to be. I stopped the doing the things I told myself to do.my inner voice went to sleep or took a bit of a vacation. I don't know what the changing point was and what turned off my inner voice and my mindfulness. Well that's over and I am back to focusing on me.
Is there something you told yourself you are supposed to be doing? Is there something you promised yourself but haven't followed through on? well wake up and do it. Stop thinking about doing things and do it. Don't say I'll just do it later. there may not be a later. So start NOW!
